Business and Programs
Wired Right 315 Inc., doing business as Wired Right Electric, provides the optional non-marketing SMS programs described below. Enrollment in one program does not enroll you in another.
Internal Website-Lead Alerts
This program is for the business owner only. Automated texts notify the opted-in owner about new inquiries submitted through our Contact Us and Fast Quote website forms. Alerts may include the customer's name, callback number, requested service, area and project details so the owner can respond directly. Website visitors are not recipients of these internal alerts. This program does not include customer acknowledgments, missed-call texts, voicemail alerts, review requests or promotional messages.
The account administrator provides the program disclosure and these policy links to the owner, who must affirmatively agree in writing to receive alerts at the designated mobile number before enrollment. The administrator retains the disclosure and affirmative response as consent evidence. Internal alerts may arrive 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including overnight. Frequency varies with website inquiries. Participation is voluntary; the owner may decline SMS alerts or withdraw consent.
Optional Customer-Care Texts
Separately, website visitors may request non-marketing texts about quote requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate or project updates, service follow-up, and review invitations after service by selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our website forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate or service without agreeing to texts. Customer consent does not enroll anyone in the internal owner-alert program. Availability of automated customer texts is separate from internal alerts and depends on completed setup.
Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies: internal alerts depend on incoming website inquiries; customer-care messages depend on the recipient's inquiry and service needs. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Stop Messages or Get Help
Reply STOP to a program message to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe request; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. The owner may contact the account administrator to enroll again with renewed consent; customers may use the optional SMS consent box on our website forms. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact 315-313-2799 or [email protected].
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are not an emergency response service. For an immediate safety emergency, contact emergency services.
Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your information and SMS consent.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in either SMS program.
